According to currently published figures as of July 6, 2023, OGD has issued 68 full approval actions and 15 tentative approval actions for a total 83 total approval actions for the month. The 68 full approval actions represent the third highest number per month for the 10 months of FY 2023 and the 83 total approval actions represent the fourth highest of total approval actions in FY 2023, with March thus far having the highest total at 117.
July represents another good month for the OGD approvals race that should put a smile on the face of the industry. As always, we need to point out that there may be a few approval actions that have not appeared in the counts thus far, but will be visible once OGD publishes the final official results for July.
