Lachman OnCalltm consultations can be scheduled for one-hour with a pre-order charged to your credit card. Depending on the scope of your specific needs, the increments can be increased during the consultation, up to four hours. Issues of a more complex or extensive nature can also be quoted on a project basis.
Trusted and affordable, Lachman OnCalltm SMEs are available Monday through Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm ET. We strive to respond within two hours on weekdays and within eight-to-twenty-four hours on weekends and holidays. Requests received after business hours will be answered the next business day or according to the weekend/holiday schedule if a request is received after 5:00 p.m. Friday through 9:00 a.m. Monday morning. Response times may vary due to the volume of calls and the availability of our consultants.

We’ve made the process of booking a teleconsulting session with our consultants as easy as possible. Whether you need one hour or four hours, you will only be charged the actual time of the consultation, in 15-minute increments.
While you will only be charged for the actual amount of consulting time delivered in 15-minute increments, the following is a rough gauge to help you determine how much time to book for your session, and you can always extend your session if necessary.
- The ½-hour Call: typically results in a comprehensive answer to a specific question you may have.
- The 1-hour Call: a more detailed multi-faceted answer to 1-2 more complex question(s).
- The 2-hour Call: a more complex scenario, often involving multiple departments, with 3-5 questions of ranging complexity.
- The 4-hour Call: a unique circumstance or circumstances, event or experience, requiring in-depth discussion and evaluation to formulate proper advice, often involving multiple members of your team on the call.
