In case you didn’t get the message when the FDA issued FY 2026 OMUFA facility user fee invoices a few weeks ago (on April 20, 2026), you’d better act fast as those fees are due today (see the FDA notice here).  If you’ve already paid your OMUFA facility fee, the Agency thanks you; if not or “[i]f you have any questions regarding this message, please contact the OMUFA User Fee Staff at CDERCollections@fda.hhs.gov.”

This is of critical importance as failure to pay the fees could result in OTC products made at the facility in question being deemed misbranded and potentially subject to enforcement actions.  However, the FDA notes in a May 11, 2026 notice (here) that “[i]f you believe your facility is not an OTC monograph drug facility” (as described in this March 18, 2026 notice (here) “and should not be assessed an OMUFA FY 2026 facility fee, please contact CDERCollections@fda.hhs.gov.”
