Well, here we are, just a tad over halfway through the shortest month of the year. That’s right, there are only twenty-eight days in February, and one of them is a holiday. This February there are only nineteen business days during which OGD approvals can occur. Today, we can report on approvals posted through February 17th.
The OGD issued 27 full-approval actions and 11 tentative-approval actions. With only eight business days remaining, the total of 38 is slightly under par with the other FY 2026 monthly approval-action numbers. We’re hoping to see some additional approval actions that haven’t yet been posted, which is what usually happens, and we’ll update the numbers after the end of the month.
